The Naturally Curious Retreats

Our Retreats

At The Naturally Curious, our retreats are created as intentional spaces to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with nature.

They’re not about doing more or fixing yourself.
They’re about creating the space to listen, reflect, and return to what truly matters.

Whether you join us for a single day or a longer retreat, each experience is designed to support your natural rhythms, your wellbeing, and your sense of curiosity.

Mid-Year Pause - 13th June 2026

A one-day retreat for women to pause, reset, and reconnect.

However this year has been unfolding for you so far; this is your opportunity to pause, reflect, and reset. Step out of your day-to-day and into a retreat space nestled in the West Sussex countryside, designed for rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Whether you’re seeking a reset, deeper nourishment, or simply time for yourself, you’re welcome here.

Other Retreats & Collaborations

Alongside my own retreats, I love collaborating with other instructors, coaches, and holistic wellbeing practitioners to create meaningful, carefully held retreat experiences.

For example, I am supporting an upcoming week-long winter 2026 retreat in Scotland, hosted by Sarah Huntley of Big Sky Adventures, which is already fully booked; a reflection of the growing demand for these kinds of experiences. More retreats and collaborations will be shared soon.
