What is Contrast Therapy?
Contrast Therapy involves alternating between heat and cold exposure, typically a traditional sauna and a cold water plunge, to activate the body's natural healing and regulatory systems.
These deliberate temperature shifts help stimulate circulation, support nervous system regulation, aid recovery, and build both physical and mental resilience over time.
At The Naturally Curious, our approach combines the science-backed principles of the Thermalist Method with a deep connection to nature. Sessions are guided, supportive, and empowering, designed to help you build adaptability and restore balance, without force or extremes.

Chantelle Manz is the founder of The Naturally Curious and the guide behind every contrast therapy session she holds.
Trained in the Thermalist Method under Prof. Susanna Søberg and a qualified Sauna Master, Chantelle brings both the science and a genuine warmth to everything she does. Her approach is grounded, friendly, and always rooted in what's right for the individual, you'll feel informed without being overwhelmed, and supported every step of the way.
With a background in forest bathing, breathwork, and holistic wellbeing, she has a particular gift for creating experiences that feel as meaningful as they are memorable.
