Thank you for booking with The Naturally Curious. Please read the following information carefully to help you prepare for a safe, enjoyable, and restorative session. These Terms & Conditions apply to all contrast therapy–based offerings, including workshops, guided sessions, retreats, and events.

Health & Safety

Participation in contrast therapy involves exposure to both hot and cold environments, which can place temporary stress on the body. To ensure your safety:

By attending, you confirm that:

  • You have completed the required Health Declaration and Responsibility Agreement accurately and honestly.

  • You have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.

  • You do not have any diagnosed heart conditions, unregulated blood pressure, Raynaud’s syndrome, severe asthma, epilepsy, or other conditions that could be negatively impacted by temperature changes.

  • You are not pregnant or aware of being pregnant.

  • You have sought medical advice if unsure about your suitability.

  • You will monitor your condition during the session and inform the instructor if you feel unwell.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

Participation is voluntary. By taking part, you accept personal responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during the experience.

Potential Risks

Contrast therapy may involve rapid temperature changes that can temporarily affect blood pressure, heart rate, and comfort. You acknowledge that:

  • You may experience sensations such as cold, heat, tingling, or light-headedness.

  • There is an inherent level of risk in activities involving temperature extremes, even under professional guidance.

  • The Naturally Curious and its facilitators are not liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow instructions, or exceeding personal limits.
