About The Naturally Curious

Helping busy people reconnect with themselves.

You’re often the capable one, the one people rely on.

Life is full. Responsibilities are constant. And yet, something feels slightly off.

The Naturally Curious creates space for women who give so much to everyone else to pause and reconnect with themselves.

Through guided experiences intentionally held in natural environments, we support nervous system regulation, restore balance, and create the conditions for you to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with a renewed sense of energy and clarity.

About the Founder

Hi, I’m Chantelle, the Founder of The Naturally Curious.

For years, I felt pulled in just about every direction possible - always overcommitting to everyone and everything before myself. It gets to a point where you're doing so much for everyone else, you don't even know what you want for yourself anymore. I wasn't happy with that.

Then, just to top it all off, I started feeling like my body belonged to someone else. Work became more challenging, and I started withdrawing socially.

This was all happening gradually, and there was no single pivotal moment for me that stopped me in my tracks. But one day, I woke up and just thought that something had to change, and I am the one who needed to take action. To start, I just needed to do more of what I loved.

That pull led me back to nature, to the outdoors. I started spending more time outside, moving more, supporting my body, mind, and emotions, and along the way, I found a connection I hadn't expected. That's when I realised that if everything I was doing was working for me, I could help others too.

The Naturally Curious is my way of creating spaces for people like me to pause, reconnect with what's already there within them, and build tools and community that keep supporting them, not just as a one-off, but ongoing. Life keeps evolving, and so do we; that's why my offerings range from gentle to more challenging, supporting whatever you need, whenever you need it.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're exactly who I created this for.

How I Help & What I Do

I create experiences that draw on both ancient wisdom and modern science, combining forest bathing, mindful breathwork, contrast therapy, nature-inspired sauna rituals, nature connection experiences, wellbeing walks and hikes, and immersive retreats. Many of the women I work with are navigating the particular demands of midlife, juggling work, family, ageing parents, and a body that's changing right when life is asking the most of them. These practices are chosen because they genuinely support that stage: calming the nervous system, aiding sleep, and helping the body regulate through change, not just offering a moment of calm.

A space to pause and reconnect

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. I create experiences that give you space to slow down, notice, and reconnect with yourself, your curiosity, and the natural world around you. This isn’t about doing more; it’s about allowing yourself to simple be.

You’re not alone

One of the most powerful parts of these experiences is realising you’re not alone. Being part of a small, thoughtful community allows for shared reflection, gentle support, and a sense of belonging without pressure, performance, or expectation. These connections can be quietly empowering and remind you that slowing down and showing up for yourself is not just allowed, it’s essential.

Nourishing mind, body and energy

Spending intentional time outdoors helps your body and mind reset. Through gentle, guided experiences, you can start to feel steadier, clearer, and more energised, little by little, in ways that fit your life. This is about creating the conditions for you to thrive, rather than quick fixes or magic solutions.

Curiosity, empathy, and respect

Curiosity drives everything I do; we explore, notice, and reflect in ways that spark wonder. Empathy and respect guide the space we share, so you feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself. It’s about connection: with yourself, with nature, and with others who understand the rhythms and pressures of modern life.

If anything here resonates with you, I’d love to welcome you to join our lovely community.
