Whether you join a seasonal forest meditation or a personalised one-to-one mindfulness session, each experience is guided with care and rooted in nature, helping you breathe easier and feel more at home in yourself.

Forest Meditation Sessions
A gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and let nature hold you.

A brief silent walk into the forest
30 minutes of guided breathwork/meditation under the trees
Opportunity for grounding/earthing (optional direct connection to the earth)

With over 13 years of experience mentoring individuals and supporting corporate well-being initiatives, Chantelle combines professional expertise with a deeply personal journey of mindful living. Through her transformative experiences, she has discovered the profound impact of breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and self-care on overall well-being, and is passionate about helping others achieve similar balance and growth.
As a dedicated practitioner of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, Chantelle uses a range of proven techniques to guide clients, whether they are beginners or looking to deepen their practice. Her warm and welcoming approach ensures you feel supported on your journey to greater well-being.
Chantelle’s training includes a CMA-accredited program from The Forest Bathing Institute, where she honed her expertise in mindfulness, meditation, and guided practices within nature. She is also a Thermalist Method Instructor through the Soeberg Institute, where she leads clients in mindful breathwork and healing practices.
Chantelle is committed to professionalism and safety, with certifications as a Mental Health First Aider, Outdoor First Aider, and Enhanced DBS Certification.
