The Mid-Year Pause

One Day Retreat

West Sussex

13th June 2026

Your Invitation

There comes a point in the year where everything starts to feel a bit too much. Your mind is full. Your energy is stretched. And you realise you've been holding a lot for a long time.

Holding things together. Holding space for others. Holding responsibility. And somewhere in all of that... you've slipped down your own priority list.

This day is your chance to step out of that. To pause, breathe, and put everything down for a while. We've designed it to feel like a full exhale, a chance to slow everything right down, soothe your nervous system, and gently reconnect with yourself, without pressure, expectation, or anything to achieve.

The Day

Outside seating in a sunny deck area

You'll be welcomed with warm herbal teas and guided breathwork, helping you arrive, soften, and transition out of the busyness of everyday life. No rush. Just space to land.

Morning - Arrive & Settle
A lady sitting in woodland looking up and calming sense

Through sensory practices inspired by forest bathing, you'll have space to slow your thoughts, settle your body, and begin to notice again, your breath, your surroundings, and yourself.

Mid-Morning - Into Nature
A table centre with colourful food for sharing

Simple, wholesome food designed to support your energy and wellbeing. Space to connect with like-minded women, or simply enjoy a moment of quiet.

Nourishing Lunch
Inside a yoga teepee with fire in the middle and offerings

A gentle exploration of how your body responds to stress, and how to begin supporting it in a more sustainable way. Nothing overwhelming, just simple, practical insights you can take home and actually use.

Afternoon - Understanding Your Body
The sauna hut notice
Late Afternoon - Sauna Experience

Moving between heat, cool water, and breath, you'll be gently guided through a deeply restorative practice. Many people find this the most surprising part of the day, often where the biggest shift is felt. You'll be fully supported throughout.

We end together, with cacao, gentle rhythm, and space to reflect, release, and reconnect with what you need moving forward. A grounding, unhurried close to the day.
