Indoor Workshops Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking an indoor workshop with The Naturally Curious. Please read the following information carefully to help you prepare for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Clothing and Equipment
Activities may involve the use of secateurs, wire, and prickly foliage, so please handle materials carefully.
Although the venue rooms we use are usually heated, we recommend dressing comfortably and in layers, especially if you tend to feel cold.
All materials needed for your workshop will be provided, unless advised otherwise.
For our nature crafting workshops, like seasonal wreath making, you may wish to bring a small bag or container to safely transport your finished creation home.
Please bring along any other personal items you may need, including personal snacks, a water bottle and any medications you may require.
Risks & Health Considerations
All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the workshop leader, particularly when using tools such as secateurs, snips, or wire.
Participants take part in the workshop at their own risk.
Please let us know if you have any health conditions or issues that could impact your participation or enjoyment of the session, so that we can accommodate and support you.
While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, participants should be aware of minor risks such as cuts or scratches from foliage or tools.
Age Restrictions
Please note that our events are exclusively designed for adults aged 18 and over. We do not currently offer workshops for minors.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each ticket allows one person to attend the workshop and create one wreath.
Workshops are generally for adults aged 18 and over.
Cancellations by Participants:
As most of our indoor workshops are limited or seasonal, we may not be able to move your booking to another date or time.
If you cannot attend, you may receive a credit toward other nature-based events offered by The Naturally Curious.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or transfer your booking.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the event will be charged in full with no refund.
Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the event.
Cancellations by The Naturally Curious:
If we need to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice to:
Reschedule to another available workshop (if possible),
Receive a credit toward any other nature-based event, or
Receive a full refund.
Photography/Filming Consent
We may occasionally take photographs or video during our workshops to help promote The Naturally Curious through our website, printed materials, email communications, and social media.
By ticking the consent box on the participant health check form, you agree to be included in any images or recordings. Your facilitator will confirm this again on the day, and verbal acceptance will be taken as consent. If you’d prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let us know; your wishes will always be respected.
We are committed to using all images and recordings responsibly and respectfully, solely to share the value of our nature-based experiences with others.
Please note: online use means your image may be viewable globally, including in countries without the same level of data protection as the UK or EU. You will not receive payment for the use of your image, and The Naturally Curious retains full copyright. You may request that we stop using your image in future materials, though previously published content may remain in circulation.

The Naturally Curious is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal data you provide, such as details on your pre-workshop health check form, will be stored securely and used only for the following purposes:
To communicate with you and manage your workshop experience safely.
