High summer brings the forest into its full vibrancy—lush greens, soft warmth, and the gentle hum of nature all around. This Friday afternoon session offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reset before the weekend begins. You’ll be guided to fully immerse yourself in the stillness and clarity that nature brings.

Forest Bathing is a gentle practice that involves walking slowly through the forest, using all five senses to connect with nature and yourself. Your guide will lead you through simple exercises to help you relax and breathe deeply. Studies from Japan show that spending time in the forest can help to reduce stress and anxiety, boost your immune system and improve your overall well-being. By the end of the session, you'll have new ways to bring calm into your daily life.

No experience is necessary. The only requirement is to come with an open mind.

We suggest wearing warmer clothes than usual, as we’ll spend time in the shade of the forest canopy. The session will take place in all weathers, allowing you to enjoy nature’s beauty in every season. Full details about the event, including what to wear and bring, will be emailed before the day.
