This Forest Bathing+ session is a peaceful 2-hour guided walk through a small part of Houghton Forest in the South Downs, just north of Arundel, West Sussex.
Forest Bathing is a gentle practice that involves walking slowly through the forest, using all five senses to connect with nature and yourself. Your guide will lead you through simple exercises to help you relax and breathe deeply. Studies from Japan show that spending time in the forest can boost your immune system and improve your overall well-being. By the end of the session, you'll have new ways to bring calm into your daily life.
No experience is necessary. The only requirement is to come with an open mind.
We suggest you wear warmer clothes than usual as we will spend time being still in the shade of the forest canopy. Full details of what to wear and what to bring will be emailed to you after booking.
